We offer a beautiful collection of handcrafted jewelry made from beads, fabric, pearls (moti), and other unique materials. Each piece is lovingly crafted to bring elegance and charm to your style.

2. Do you take custom orders?

Yes, we love creating custom jewelry! If you have a specific design in mind, please contact us, and we'll do our best to bring your vision to life.

3. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days before being shipped. Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you.

4. What are your shipping options?

We offer delivery across India. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days after your order is processed. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.

6. What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue to request a return or exchange. Custom and personalized orders are non-returnable.

7. How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking beautiful:

• Store it in a dry, cool place.
• Avoid exposure to water, chemicals, and direct sunlight.
• Clean gently with a soft cloth when needed.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, and other major payment gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

9. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us directly. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as processing begins.
